We are delighted to have been appointed as Property Managers of 12/14 Bloomsbury Street, WC1.
12/14 Bloomsbury Street is a mixed-use development, consisting of 26 residential apartments and a number of commercial units. The property has dedicated car parking and has the added benefit of a concierge service. Located in this historic part of Central London, the property is close to the British Museum, Russell Square and many of London’s Universities.
With the management commencing on Christmas day, Clive Greenwood and the property management team are already busy making preparation to ensure that the transition from the current managing agent happens as smoothly as possible.
