Arriving in Shoreditch in 1997, we were immediately inspired by the flourishing art scene and incredible urban architecture of Shoreditch, Spitalfields and Clerkenwell. Pigeon filled warehouses, that had once powered us through the industrial revolut

ion, were once again being artistically utilised. Reminiscent of Andy Warhol’s studio, The Factory scene, it was clear we were at the start of something special, an unprecedented cultural revolution, that would change and mould these forgotten areas forever, along with an explosive rebirth for most of East and North London. We love what we do, and with over 35 years of real estate experience, we strive to be a pragmatic, logical forward thinking company of design enthusiasts, who love doing property deals. We do not believe that one size fits all and we understand moving can a complicated and emotional time and we look to make that journey as easy and exciting as possible.

Fridays and Saturdays just got a whole lot sexier—Rivington & Redchurch Streets are now pedestrian-only, buzzing with alfresco vibes, music, and late-night dining.

At Space Station London in Hoxton Square, we’re loving the energy. Great for living and working! 🌱

Today marks the launch of Shoreditch’s Summer Streets pilot, transforming Rivington and Redchurch Streets and the wider Shoreditch area including Hoxton Square into vibrant, pedestrian‑only zones every Friday and Saturday all summer long. Bars, cafés, and restaurants can now spill out onto the pavement, offering late-night outdoor service until midnight—no cars, just community energy. The scheme is part of the Mayor’s £300k Summer Streets initiative to boost our city’s nightlife and alfresco dining culture
