Harding Chartered Surveyors is looking for an experienced MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor to join our London team.

This is a senior role for someone who wants to do more than carry out surveys. You’ll work closely with the Directors, support the management and growth of the business, and help develop the Harding brand across London.

📍 Location: London
💼 Role: Permanent, Full-time
💷 Salary: £70,000–£80,000 per year
🚗 Benefits: Company car, pension, work-from-home opportunities and performance bonus

The role includes:

🏠 Carrying out residential RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Building Surveys
🗣️ Liaising directly with clients and providing expert verbal advice
📈 Supporting business development and growth strategy
🤝 Helping maintain and grow our high-calibre client base
💰 Opportunity to earn commission based on fee income generated

We’re looking for someone with:

✅ MRICS status
✅ At least 3 years’ building surveying experience
✅ Recent residential RICS Level 2 or Level 3 survey experience
✅ Strong client-facing and negotiation skills
✅ Full clean UK driving licence

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a senior role within an established London surveying practice and play a meaningful part in its continued growth.
