So I been a Services partner for around 6 years+ providing guttering services to FS customers in both commercial and residentisl properties, even providing services to Fantsstic Services own properties. I have worked in callaboration with Fantastic services managers at the beggining of our partnership to streamline and automate how Fantastic services customers arrange gutter services on their online platform, contributing many hours of (unpaid) time. The system setup with the information provided by myself recevied very good feedback from customers stating how esay it is to book a gutter service. This was exact ethos of the Fantastic Brand and worked well for all Customer, FS and my business.
Fastforward to now and I am dispspointed to learn that my partnership with Fantastic services is no longer valued. I learnt yesterday during a telephone conversation that the main services I have been providing for many years are now being prioritised for their own people, whilst I have not had any conversation or been advised that a steady stream of regular work was being redirected away from my business although I had noticed a drop in work over the last 9-12 months, more recenty I noticed that jobs booked on my schedule would dissppear at short notice.
Yesterday I had my service manager suggesting I was wasting my time continuing to be a partner as I was not recieving the same amount of work as previously and even said they are prioritising work to other persons in Fantastic services. Having done further research it seems that FS are excluding me from the regular stream of work I was getting 9-12 months ago. It appears based on my reasearch and information available to me that FS are looking after their own people and in a standard UK employment contract this could be deemed to discrimnate (Equal opurtunities) or could be seen as an attempt to construct my dismissal, whilst I fully understand I am only a partner my contract my not offer the same protection that a standard uk employee would have, I am shocked that a big UK brand would act in such ways.
I am interested to know if any other Fantastic Services Partners have experienced the same or simiar treatmeant.
Any current or past partners wish to share there experince please feel free to comment
I would also be interested to understand the diversty of Fantastic Services UK employees both directly and indirectly and does the diversty ensure everyone employed either directlty or indirectly ard being treated equally.
