Another wall brought back up to standard by the team at Just Right Roofing™
This wasn't simply a case of covering over the cracks and hoping for the best.
The existing render was failing, and the wall itself showed significant movement and cracking throughout the blockwork.
Rick, his old man & Kieran stripped away all of the defective render, chased out the mortar joints and installed stainless steel Helibars, chemically fixing them into place to reinforce and strengthen the structure.
Once the wall had been stabilised, we applied a fresh render system to restore both its strength and appearance.
The result is a wall that's not only looking the part, but has been repaired properly from the inside out.
✅ Defective render removed
✅ Helibar reinforcement installed
✅ Chemical anchoring system applied
✅ Fresh render finish completed
✅ Structural integrity improved

Parapet render had snapped & crashed down by the entrance walkway, We secured the area, boarded the Velux windows for protection, and carefully removed all loose render from the roof. Job left safe and tidy & most importantly Clients happy. 💙

I nearly didn’t post this… but this is what running a business REALLY looks like. 👇
No fancy success story today. No pretending everything is flying.
Right now, Just Right Roofing™ is going through a really quiet period and, if I’m being completely truthful, at the moment it feels like we’re surviving rather than thriving.
And that’s exactly why I decided to post this.

I recently signed up to a 5-week Couch to Creator programme because I want to get better at documenting my journey, putting myself out there and showing people what actually goes into trying to build a successful roofing company.
Not just the shiny bits.
I’m incredibly grateful to my team for sticking with me and being patient through the quieter period. Having good people around you when things aren't going perfectly means a lot.
Social media is full of success.
The big jobs. The new vans. The money. The growth.
But what about everything in between?
The quiet weeks.
The worry.
The mistakes.
The pressure of keeping people busy.
And those moments where you wonder whether you're actually going to pull this thing off.
I want to show that side too.
So from now on, you're going to be seeing a lot more from me and Just Right Roofing™.
The jobs. The team. The customers. The wins. The mistakes. The lessons.
The good, the bad and the ugly of trying to build a roofing business from the ground up.
I'm still learning.
I'm still building.
And I'm certainly not giving up.

🔥 THROWN IN AT THE DEEP END... AND HE SMASHED IT! 🔥
This week, the team wrapped up another fantastic flat roofing project in Wallington, and what a job it turned out to be! 🏠☀️
With temperatures soaring, every single member of the team gave 100%. Working on a roof in this kind of heat is no joke, but everyone dug deep, kept pushing, and delivered a finish we're incredibly proud of.
A massive shout-out has to go to The Prospect, AKA Kieran. 👏
Just 4 months ago, Kieran joined Just Right Roofing with very little roofing experience. This week, he tackled his very first flat roof, and honestly... he absolutely smashed it! Watching his confidence, knowledge and workmanship grow every week has been brilliant to see.
As a business owner, there's something incredibly rewarding about passing on the skills I've learnt over the years and watching someone develop into a proper roofer. Kieran, we're all proud of you, mate. Keep working hard, stay humble, and this is only the beginning. 💪
A huge thank you also goes to our amazing clients, Phil & Lorenza. Your hospitality throughout the project, especially in the extreme heat, was second to none. The cold drinks, the kindness and the support genuinely kept the team going. Clients like you make our job an absolute pleasure, and we're incredibly grateful for the trust you placed in us.

Worcester Park ✅️ we’ve got you covered, literally!💙 Last week, I smashed out my IPAF license 💪, and yesterday we wrapped up a full gutter overhaul.
Great Effort Team 💙 we got those unions off, rubbers in, resealed joints, cleaned swan necks, you name it. We even added easy-access downpipes so blockages are a breeze. ✅️
Another job done right, and up we go! 📈
