Maplin Homes is an online estate agency who are looking for enthusiastic sales staff to help support our nationwide growth. We are a customer focused organisation and your role is essential in to deliver our exceptional services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • You will be responsible for covering your designated area, which will require travel within the allocated areas/postcodes
• Be the first point of contact for customers within your designated area
• Produce detailed descriptions of the customers property
• Prepare floor plan design in accordance with specifications
• Take high quality photos of the property
• Accurate recording of customer interactions

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILL:
• Good knowledge of the local property market
• Some experience working as an estate agent is preferred
• Excellent eye for detail and accuracy
• Ability to build strong client relationships and provide exceptional service
• Have a polite manner and the ability to communicate effectively
• Exceptional integrity, flawless etiquette and good punctuality
• Full Driving License and own a car
• Willing to work flexibly including weekends, if required
• Computer literate
• Strong time management and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter, motivated and team player
• Eligibility to live and work in United Kingdom
