At Zion Flats we do not take sharers or couples. Our tenants are young professionals, usually aged between 23 and 34, mostly city workers. Although we do not accept couples, we advertise rooms from selected partners
2 – FLEXIBILITY
We believe that if you are to stay in one place for a period of time, it has t
o be because you want to stay and not because you have a long term contract. Our minimum contract length is only 1 month long , and is automatically renewed every month until one of the parties send a notice. Do you want to leave and travel? Did you find a better place to live? Were you transferred to a different country? Give us 5 saturdays notice and you are free to go!
3 – ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED
When you move to one of our rooms all bills are included in your rent, therefore you won’t need to worry about council tax, gas, electricity, water or even internet!
4 – SAFETY & PRIVACY
Our rooms are well located, but most important, we only have properties in safe areas. Also, all our rooms have locksets.
5 – HAPPINESS GUARANTEE
If you decide for any reason that you are not happy with our room/house, within your first 7 days, you can give us 1 week notice and leave after. You will receive your full deposit (providing you leave the room the same way you found it) + your rent (less the days you stayed with us).
