HIGH demand for rentals!

We are seeing a really high demand for right now.

From rooms only to 3-4 bedroom apartments/houses, all types of are in BIG demand.

Why?

Two reasons:
1. A lot of international students were put off coming to the UK to study last year and have decided to all turn up this year for the September academic start.

2. Due to and the uncertainty around it with the addition of a lot of europeans had quit but now are heading back with their families as any further lockdowns are very unlikely.

Right now on our portfolio of managed properties we are running at 100% occupancy!
