Specialising in residential sales, lettings and investments Edwards Associates has remained an independent agency offering a professional and bespoke service to an ever growing number of clients. We are still trying to achieve the manufacturer stated 84mpg but we do get free road tax and the cars are London congestion charge exempt. CO2 emissions of just 99g/KM. NO BIG BONUSES
It’s common for estate agents to employ staff on an £8,000 basic wage and let them rely on commissions to boost their monthly wage. We experimented and changed our whole pay structure and preferred to be just that little bit different. We hand pick our staff and train them rigorously from our in-house training centre in Hornsey. This has proved to be a well thought out decision and we now have a virtually non-existent staff turnover. We pay well and promote within and in the long run this has meant a cost saving in areas such as training, employment and sickness costs. A better paid member of staff is ultimately a more focused, happier and therefore more productive member of staff. TOTAL EFFICIENCY
It makes sense for someone who is ARLA trained, has local knowledge, has customer service and people experience to always ensure they are in a position to close potential deals. Whether it be escorting a corporate tenant to view your flat in Kensington or appraising a town house in Ladbroke Grove, we have specific roles for specific members of staff. This is why you will never see our superstars sitting behind a desk uploading property details or conducting what's meant to be a professional property inventory! We employ full time professional photographers, professional inventory clerks and gas and electrical engineers for other safety certificates. We really do work efficiently and have strict workflow management systems in place which means that all enquiries, appointments, certificates, reports, invoicing, payments and reminders are handled with ease and accuracy.
