Some people think estate agents are pushy. That they’ll sell you anything.
But that’s not how we operate.
Even though we work for the seller, we care just as much about the buyer getting it right. Because the wrong purchase helps no one.
In fact, there are homes we’ll happily NOT sell you, including:
• One you can’t comfortably afford
• One that’s too small (or far too big) for your lifestyle
• One that needs work you don’t want to take on
• Or one that’s in the wrong location for your day-to-day life
It’s OK to say no. Really.
View as many homes as you like. Ask lots of questions, come back for a second look and if it’s not right, just say so.
We’d rather not sell you a house than see you make the wrong move.
Because when you do find the right one, everything clicks into place.
That’s how we see it, and yes, it’s a bit different.
