What a year. In Feb I did the Breakthrough Experience with . I went to Spain and Germany with my mum. In November I was four years sober 🤍 My business grew; I sourced and sold various types of property deals. I started a new RENT2SA business with my partners in beautiful Devon.

I attended two Kundalini Yoga/juice detox retreats, got more confident showing up online, and met inspiring people, amazing friends and business partners along the way. It’s been one of the most productive years of my life, but also stressful and an emotional (and financial) rollercoaster. Being self-employed is a spiritual journey in itself, but I’m focusing on the positives and growth.

I read / listened to some fantastic books including Let Them Theory, Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway, Confidence, The Mountain Is You. Received great mentoring from . Saw awesome live music, looked after adorable dogs, and did sober karaoke for the first time 🎤

Mostly, I’m grateful for the people in my life, old and new, who’ve supported me, challenged me, and grown alongside me. What can I say; I'm slightly burnt out right now but can't wait to see what 2026 brings 🎉💫 #2025
