BUYING SERVICE –

If the perfect property is not openly available in the market either with us or other agents then we are able to offer a professional buying service. This is a very time consuming specialist service and only works for properties of £2m and above. Before engaging in this service we will require you to 1) agree to look solely through us and 2) payment of a registration fee as a si

gn of your serious intent, our exclusive commitment to you and to cover our administration costs. This fee will be deducted from our acquisition fee having secured a property on your behalf within 6 months (or such period as may be agreed) of the date of our receiving your formal instructions. Terms of business will be agreed and confirmed in writing by both parties before we start work. The key to success is the Trust and integrity between us as agent and you as a buyer. This will also rely on our complete discretion, considerable expertise, our independence (free of corporate limitations) and accessibility, making sure a member of our team is always available.

2. CONSULTANCY SERVICE -

If you are an institution, investor or private buyer/seller looking to research the market prior to marketing or selling an investment but do not have access to all the available research then we are happy to act as a consultant and work with you to provide the information required to support your decision.
