We are husband and wife property developers working independently managing properties from a-z full time. We have a well established portfolio of residential properties and are currently managing several property for landlords in central London, south east London, Gravesend Kent and Rochester Kent.
We have been in the property business for over 10 years, we buy, renovate and let out properties for our selves as well as other landlords. We wish to find more land lords who are looking for someone to manage there properties for them full time with special care and attention.

We work at a personal level with every landlord and wish to establish a professional, friendly relationship and unlike many agencies out there we don't see landlords as bank notes. Being landlords ourselves we understand how important property management is, as bad management can cost you a lot of unnecessary cash loss and emotional stress. We have a team of builders working around us that can deal with a job as small as an aerial installation and as big as a loft conversion in the quickest time possible.

Dealing with flat/house owners and tenants queries verbally and in written form!
Deal with Issue and ensure collection of service charge and ground rent arrears are made in time!
Resolve difficult/sensitive issues/disputes!
Carry out regular site visits to ensure all buildings are in good order!

Liaising with client landlords and tenants!
Carrying out Property management visits and reporting to clients!
When managing properties we work fast and efficiently. We believe in ensuring that tenants are happy, for example if a tenant has a problem with a boiler or a burst pipe we will ensure the job is done on the same day if not the next without delay so that we maintain a professional and healthy relationship with the tenant, keeping everyone happy.
When issues or maintenance problems occur we will deal with the tenant with the request of the landlord, then solve any issues and report back to the landlord in full written form along with photos and receipts.

We are confident in what we do and concentrate on every job individually making sure every renovation is done in the fastest time possible to the best standard of the budget given. We take pride in every property whether it be our own or a property that we are managing for others.
