The past three years have taken a huge personal and financial toll. As I told Kent Online, this legal battle has cost me around £20 million personally.

I'm grateful to Kent Online for covering the High Court judgment and the wider story behind the case.

Following my recent High Court victory, all of the media coverage has now been added to my website.

The High Court judgment found that there had been a "pre-conceived and orchestrated plan" to remove me from the business I created. The judgment identifies Laurence Vaughan (CEO), Tom Clark (Company Secretary) and Reza Fardad (Freshstream) as central figures in those findings.

Earlier this week, I joined the Behind the Climb podcast to talk openly about everything that's happened over the past few years.

For the first time, I share my perspective on building Big Motoring World from the ground up, bringing in private equity, what followed, and the recent High Court judgment.

If you've ever built a business, brought in investors, or are considering doing so, I hope you'll find the conversation valuable.

Thank you to the Behind the Climb team for having me.

The High Court judgment identifies the individuals pictured - Laurence Vaughan (CEO), Tom Clark (Company Secretary) and Reza Fardad (Freshstream) - as central figures in the “pre-conceived and orchestrated plan” to remove Peter Waddell and take over control of the business he created. After years of attempts to discredit him, the judgment—and its findings concerning their conduct—speaks for itself.

You don’t build momentum by stopping every time things get hard.

The people who win keep moving — even on the difficult days.

Especially on the difficult days.
