Porcelain Patio Installation 🔨🦅

This garden area was excavated and prepared before installing a new compacted sub-base ready for the new patio. 600 x 900 porcelain slabs were then laid, creating a spacious new seating and entertaining area alongside the existing summerhouse.

Timber sleepers were installed around the perimeter to form a clean border and retain the surrounding ground, with decorative stone added between the patio and sleepers. The porcelain was then jointed throughout, leaving the garden with a clean, low-maintenance outdoor space and a completely refreshed finish.

Patio Extension & Pergola Installation 🔨🦅

The existing garden area was excavated and prepared to extend the patio, with the new section laid using large-format porcelain paving to match the existing patio. A contrasting block border was installed around the perimeter, tying the new area into the existing paving.

Timber sleepers were then installed along the rear and side of the new patio to form raised planting beds, before the pergola was assembled and securely fixed to the completed paved area.

Composite Decking & Pergola Installation 🔨🦅

This area of the garden was excavated and prepared before adjustable decking support feet and concrete blocks were set in sand and cement. A treated timber subframe was constructed and the composite decking was then installed across the platform and cladded around the subframe, before the pergola was assembled and securely fixed to the completed decking framework.

The finished pergola features an adjustable louvred roof along with a retractable side screen, creating a new covered area within the garden.

Flat Roof Renewal Project 🔨🦅

We stripped the existing roof back to the rafters before clearing all debris and fixings ready for the installation of new firring pieces and 18mm OSB3 roof boarding. The existing guttering was removed and raised to suit the new roof height and replaced with deep flow guttering before installing a Restec liquid rubber roofing system complete with trims and code 4 lead flashings. All cable runs were carefully lifted and reinstated as the works progressed, leaving the roof fully renewed and back in service.

Bespoke Walk-In Wardrobe Build 🦅🔨

This space was transformed with a new partition wall to create a walk-in wardrobe area, which was then plastered and painted throughout. A bespoke wardrobe was built within the partitioned section, followed by custom floating shelving to make full use of the available space. Panelling was then added to the front, with skirting carried through around the new wall and units. All woodwork was finished in satinwood, with the wardrobe and shelving finished in Scuff-X – Mossy Oak.
