Planning Application Validated ✅

We are pleased to share that our planning application has now been validated for the transformation of the currently vacant Borough Buildings at 58-72 John Bright Street in Birmingham.

Our proposals seek to repurpose this underused prime city‑centre landmark, next to Birmingham New Street Station, into a vibrant 179‑bedroom hotel, bringing fresh energy, activity, and life back into an important urban asset while supporting Birmingham’s continued growth as a leading destination.

The Borough Buildings has experienced a variety of uses throughout its lifetime, reflecting the evolving character of the surrounding area. Our approach focuses on thoughtful and sensitive reuse, respecting the building’s history while delivering a sustainable, future‑focused use that contributes positively to the wider city fabric.

Last week, we were thrilled to submit the planning application for the proposed redevelopment of Stanmore Towers.

Our vision includes introducing a collection of new build penthouse apartments complemented by a striking new tower at the rear of the site housing new boutique residences.

This project represents a significant step towards the regeneration of Stanmore town centre, bringing fresh energy and modern living spaces to the area.

As long-standing Stanmore affiliates for over 25 years, we’re passionate about revitalising a high street that deserves renewed vibrancy enhancing local amenities and creating a thriving community hub.

Champions Luncheon in Support of Rainbow Trust Children's Charity

Yesterday our Managing Director had the absolute pleasure of attending the inspiring Champions Luncheon with Martin O’Neill OBE & Barry Hearn OBE, an event supporting the incredible Rainbow Trust Children's Charity an organisation dedicated to providing emotional and practical support to families with children facing life-threatening or terminal illnesses.

It was a true pleasure for Ravi to share the table with John Hayes and other remarkable individuals whose commitment to meaningful causes is truly commendable.

The Highlight of the day was winning the charity auction for a four-ball round of golf at the legendary Turnberry Golf Course, a world-class venue known for its breathtaking coastal views and championship history. We are already looking forward to teeing off! ⛳

At Nacropolis supporting such worthy causes is part of who we are. We are already looking forward to next year’s event.
