Last week, we were thrilled to submit the planning application for the proposed redevelopment of Stanmore Towers.

Our vision includes introducing a collection of new build penthouse apartments complemented by a striking new tower at the rear of the site housing new boutique residences.

This project represents a significant step towards the regeneration of Stanmore town centre, bringing fresh energy and modern living spaces to the area.

As long-standing Stanmore affiliates for over 25 years, we’re passionate about revitalising a high street that deserves renewed vibrancy enhancing local amenities and creating a thriving community hub.

Champions Luncheon in Support of Rainbow Trust Children's Charity

Yesterday our Managing Director had the absolute pleasure of attending the inspiring Champions Luncheon with Martin O’Neill OBE & Barry Hearn OBE, an event supporting the incredible Rainbow Trust Children's Charity an organisation dedicated to providing emotional and practical support to families with children facing life-threatening or terminal illnesses.

It was a true pleasure for Ravi to share the table with John Hayes and other remarkable individuals whose commitment to meaningful causes is truly commendable.

The Highlight of the day was winning the charity auction for a four-ball round of golf at the legendary Turnberry Golf Course, a world-class venue known for its breathtaking coastal views and championship history. We are already looking forward to teeing off! ⛳

At Nacropolis supporting such worthy causes is part of who we are. We are already looking forward to next year’s event.

Sadly, our former site manager who dedicated 15 years of loyal service to the Nacropolis family, passed away peacefully on Saturday.
A tenacious and brilliant man.
We will always be grateful for your service and loyalty.

Manoj Pankhania B.Sc. C.Eng., M.I. Struct.E., A.T.P At the helm is our Chairman Manoj Pankhania who over the course of the last 45 years has delivered landmark residential and mixed-use developments across the capital and home counties.

Manoj Pankhania has a known reputation amongst the industry for his technical skill in complex developments and has garnered numerous accolades.

Ravi Pankhania Our Managing Director has over 15 years’ experience in creating boutique prime residential developments. His passion for design and detail has been translated into delivering some of central London’s finest residences.

Amar Pankhania AIRPM Our Finance Director joined the Group in 2012 and has overseen an overhaul at Nacropolis with a push towards modernisation of all internal infrastructure. He oversees Finance and day-to-day operations of all aspects of the business.

Our Foundation:

The Jasoda Foundation (Registered Charity No. 1170925) was founded in 2014 with a view to support disadvantaged children locally in London as well as India.

Our foundation has funded numerous projects which have focussed on alleviating disabilities and providing proper physical, social and economic rehabilitation.

Through our family foundation we are able to serve the poorest sections of society and provide ‘free of cost’ corrective surgeries of patients suffering from polio and other ‘by birth’ disabilities.

We believe every person deserves the choice to live with dignity, not dependence.
