TPI’s Service Charge Index 2026 is out - we’re one of just 13 TPI members who contributed to the service charge data set.

We need more companies and to contribute to allow wider analysis to occur and to get a more accurate understanding of the full picture.

The Index doesn’t yet account for geographical location or building profile - so whilst a base line picture is a great start, there’s more to be done.

Here’s the key messages of the index - as interpreted by Jennings & Barrett.

We’ll continue to contribute to this important piece of work - thank you to TPI for leading on it.
