The Little Boltons | Nearing Completion

The project continues to move steadily towards completion, with final finishes and detailing now defining the character of the spaces throughout the house.

Across the upper floors, joinery, bathrooms, and architectural finishes are now in place, while lower levels continue through kitchen installation, decoration, and final coordination of services.

Externally, the garden and terrace works are beginning to settle into the wider scheme, extending the experience of the house beyond the interior spaces.

At this stage, the focus is on refinement, ensuring every material, finish, and detail aligns through the final stages of construction.

The kitchen sits at the centre of this transformation, framed by glazing that connects levels and draws natural light deep into the space.

Marble, solid timber, and polished plaster are used with restraint, allowing proportion and material quality to define the design. Lighting and services are fully integrated, keeping the focus on detail and finish.
