Bellaghy Developments Announces Rebrand to S&C Interiors
October 2026 – Bellaghy Developments is pleased to announce that it has officially rebranded as S&C Interiors, marking an exciting new chapter in the company’s growth and evolution.
The rebrand reflects a significant development in the direction of the business. Bellaghy Developments was originally established with a strong focus on residential construction, successfully delivering projects including loft conversions, kitchen extensions, refurbishments and new-build homes.
Over time, the company has evolved and expanded its expertise, increasingly undertaking larger-scale projects within the commercial and residential sectors. Today, the business specialises in carpentry and joinery, drylining and interior fit-out works, delivering high-quality packages across major commercial developments and large residential projects.
The move to S&C Interiors better represents who we are today, the specialist services we provide and the direction in which the company is growing.
While our primary focus is now on specialist carpentry, joinery, drylining and interior packages for larger commercial and residential developments, we remain open to selected one-off domestic residential projects.
Our extensive background in residential construction remains an important part of the business, particularly through our own dedicated joinery workshop, where we design and manufacture high-quality bespoke joinery tailored to each client and property. This includes bespoke kitchens, fitted wardrobes, media walls, custom cabinetry and other made-to-measure joinery.
Having our own workshop allows us to offer a truly bespoke service, from initial design and manufacture through to installation and finishing. We are always happy to discuss individual residential projects where our craftsmanship, experience and attention to detail can bring a client’s ideas to life.
While our name and focus have evolved, the values behind the business remain unchanged. Clients can continue to expect the same commitment to quality workmanship, reliability, professionalism and customer service that has been at the heart of Bellaghy Developments.
The rebrand also reflects our ambition to continue growing within the commercial and large-scale residential sectors, building on our experience and developing S&C Interiors as a trusted specialist contractor for carpentry, joinery, drylining and interior works.
All existing projects, contracts and customer relationships will continue without interruption. Clients, contractors, developers, suppliers and partners can expect a seamless transition, with the same experienced team continuing to deliver the high standards of workmanship and service they have come to expect.
