The heatwaves may have distracted us for a while… ☀️😅 But we couldn’t leave the series unfinished!

So here’s our final Property Top Tip (for now)…

One of the simplest things you can do to help your transaction run smoothly is let us know your preferred completion date as early as possible. Even if it’s only an ideal date, it gives everyone something to work towards.

We’ll work closely with the estate agents and the other solicitors to help agree a completion date that works for all parties and keep things moving.

The earlier the conversation starts, the better the chances of achieving the date you’re hoping for.

Turns out there was one clear theme in this week’s quick-fire question… 👀

When we asked the office, what is their favourite thing about the job, the was a definite common theme in the responses : the people and the clients.

Perfect timing really, as this afternoon the whole firm comes together for our away day — a chance to step away from our desks, catch up with colleagues and spend time with the teams that make Lester Aldridge what it is.
