We work in collaboration with landowners in London and the South East of England to enhance the value of their land through obtaining planning consent, funding and development of residential housing schemes that make a positive impact to the local community.
Our team has over 20 years’ experience in working in partnership with property/Land owners, town planners and local borough councils. We always seek to ensure that our developments strike a balance between land value and development opportunity, whilst fully complying with local planning policies.
OUR APPROACH
We are taking a collaborative approach to tackling housing delivery and affordability. By working directly with landowners, investors, and the Local Authority, we are building homes and improving communities. We identify and secure sites, obtain the right planning consents, market sites for sale or develop out schemes in areas with a need for new development or redevelopment.
Our collaborative approach ensures landowners receive the optimal value for their land.
Working together with the land owner, we use our expertise, experience and our own capital to achieve planning consent for residential and/or commercial developments that adds a great deal of value to the land, and great value to the local area.
Our in house team of planning experts will start work on the planning strategy and begin to compile the relevant documentation for planning. This will likely involve early input from the Local Planning Authority to give us the best chance possible of a successful application. The project team will be put together and scheme designs created and reviewed. The landowner is continually updated during this process.
Before we submit a planning application on your land, we will produce a range of technical reports with the help of our experienced consultants to support the application.
