Vicsteels Properties Ltd. - VPL We are a development company designing and building properties from start to finish.

Since the start of 2011 we have undertaken numerous projects in all areas, including rebuilding and refurbishing houses, converting artisan studios into high level single dwellings and converting single dwelling houses into flats. We have established ourselves as a leading provider of high end finishes – we pay great attention to detail in order to ensure maximum buyer satisfaction. We operate in

an open and transparent manner and our admin staff offer a well organised backup to the front line team. We have full All Risks Insurance and are members of the Federation of Master Builders. All work undertaken will comply with Building Regulations and will be signed off at the end of the project. Our work is guaranteed and all subcontractors must provide similar guarantees which will be handed to the buyers, along with manufacturers’ guarantees at the end of the project. With several years’ experience and a great team behind us, we are ideally equipped to undertake all types of building/refurbishment projects for both developers and owner/occupiers.
