Following extensive pre-consultation with the London Borough of Croydon we have now submitted our planning application at Reeves Corner. Our professional team have carefully considered the character of the conservation area and produced a design which makes a positive impact on the local townscape.

We’re delighted to secure planning consent for the redevelopment of our pub site in Coulsdon, Surrey. Working closely with the local community we came up with a solution to secure the future of the pub by redeveloping surplus land into much needed family housing.

Three years of blood, sweat and tears and we finally got the news we'd been waiting for.
Following a 2-day hearing at the beginning of August planning consent has finally been granted for our 32 unit scheme in West Drayton, UB7.

Although delighted the news was tarnished with a hint of sadness in that these much needed homes should have been built and occupied by now. If only the London Borough of Hillingdon showed the same semblance of common sense that the Inspector did in granting consent on this 'designated' and highly sustainable site sitting alongside a brand new Elizabethan Line Station.

A special thanks must go to our planning consultants hgh Consulting and in particular Mark Westcott and Ellie Fowler who supported our vision from the start and gave us the confidence to follow the process through to its fully justified conclusion.
