We aim to work only with reputable 3rd party service providers and contractors. This will hopefully give you peace of mind about anyone coming into your property. We have developed excellent relationships with, for example, independent and recognised inventory takers who also check-in and check-out tenants, businesses that are experienced at making floor plans and producing EPCs, local repair contractors, and professional property cleaning companies. We also have relationships with solicitors experienced in conveyancing and other property matters and with finance brokers.
