The event raised funds for Essex & Herts Air Ambulance (EHAAT), with an incredible raffle and auction helping to support the vital work they do across the region.

Last week, our team joined Movers & Shakers for a thought-provoking breakfast exploring green, thriving and healthy neighbourhoods.

The morning featured a keynote from Ben Smith, Arup, followed by a panel discussion led by Max Farrell, LDN Collective, exploring how we can bring all the constituent parts together to create healthier, better-supported developments and environments.

A key theme throughout the conversation was the idea that health can bring wealth just as much as monetisation, highlighting the importance of creating places that deliver long-term value for both people and communities.

It was a great opportunity for our New Business team to connect with others across the property sector, exchange ideas and explore new opportunities.

Last week, we had the pleasure of spending a fantastic afternoon in the London sunshine aboard the Big Red Bus Tour. โ˜€๏ธ๐ŸšŒ

Travelling from Finsbury Circus through the historic streets of the City of London, we explored areas shaped by the Great Fire of London in 1666, passed the magnificent St Paul's Cathedral, continued on to Trafalgar Square, and finished at King's Cross St Pancras with a stop at The Betjeman Arms.

A huge thank you to Paul Robertson of Midway Insurance Services Limited, Robert Robertson of Robertson Property Consulting Limited, and Zoe Davenport of B*H Ltd for organising such an enjoyable and informative experience. Their fascinating commentary and insights into London's rich history and iconic landmarks made the tour even more memorable.

It was a brilliant opportunity to catch up with industry colleagues, strengthen relationships, and enjoy a unique perspective of some of London's most iconic landmarks.

Our team had a brilliant time at CleanHeat's Boat Party on the Thames, enjoying an evening of great conversations, networking, and stunning views of some of London's most iconic landmarks.

A huge thank you to Tom Scott, the team at CleanHeat, and all the event sponsors for putting together such a fantastic evening. It was a pleasure catching up with industry peers and making new connections in such a unique setting.
