After rain comes sunshine.
Better days often follow the hardest ones.

It may not feel like it right now, but things will get better. In every crisis, there are opportunities β€” but only for those who can tune out the noise and focus on what they can control: their mindset, their effort, and their work.

I remember when Covid hit in 2020 and London went into full lockdown. The first few weeks felt surreal. The world had paused, uncertainty was everywhere, and nobody knew what was coming next.

But instead of dwelling on the uncertainty, I chose to double down on what I could control: my routine, my fitness, my mindset, and my work.
