A furnished home isn’t necessarily a staged home. 👀

This bedroom wasn’t empty. It wasn’t bad. But it wasn’t showing buyers its full potential.

We kept the existing bed and worked with what was already there, adding carefully chosen pieces, layers and finishing touches to completely change how the room feels.

Because we don’t only stage empty homes.

Sometimes, it’s about working with what’s already there, knowing what to keep, what to add and how to bring it all together so buyers see a home they can imagine themselves living in.

That’s the difference between furnished and staged. 🤍

You probably know us for staging homes...

But behind the perfectly plumped cushions, straightened artwork and transformation photos, we're two friends building something we love (with a lot of laughter along the way).

We met on our gap year in Tanzania 18 years ago and never imagined we'd one day be running a home staging business together.

We're similar in many ways, but also complete opposites. One of us can't leave until every piece of artwork is perfectly straight... the other is looking on wondering what all the fuss is about and making her way to the van 😂

We're probably (definitely) a little too optimistic, we don't take ourselves too seriously, laughing at ourselves...even if it is the next day when everything is calm.
