My clients are heading off to start their new life in Cyprus, and the buyers are absolutely thrilled with their new home!

I launched it on Boxing Day after it had been with a local agent for around 8 months without a sale. My client Pete (my former hairdresser and long-time CrossFit buddy) asked me to take it on. Even though it was a bit outside my usual patch, we had a great response and by the end of January had four interested parties, exchanged in March and completed June - BOOM 💥

Excited to announce that this year I am sponsoring the East Finchley Festival, along with Leigh Brown, both independent agents 🎉

This wonderful community event has been running since 1972 — that’s over 54 years of bringing local people together.

Having grown up locally, it’s great to get involved behind the scenes this time.

So come and join us on Sunday 21st June at Cherry Tree Wood for a fantastic family day out. There’ll be live music, lots of stalls, activities and a brilliant atmosphere — perfect for locals and anyone who fancies a fun day in the park.

Leigh and I will both be at our stall during the day, so please come and say hello. We’d love to chat about the property market or answer any questions you have.
