We’ve exchanged!

Such a beautiful, characterful Edwardian four bed with off-street parking, a magnificent 130ft garden and the most incredible views.

This one really means a lot to me as this lovely couple actually for my non-compete with Martyn Gerrard to end just so I could be the one to sell their home for them 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

It was also one of my favourite valuations as we ended up listening to THE THE - uncertain smile, whilst having a bop round the living room, the one in the picture🕺🏻🕺hence my choice of music. The piano solo, by Jools Holland is the best ever, and one day I will learn it!!!

Huge congratulations to both seller and buyers as everyone was lovely to deal with. ❤️
