Watched the eclipse last night with an ex P&E colleague, at the ‘Durnsford Rec’ ortambo. Lovely evening, bumped in to new & old clients, Jess Mendelssohn and family, and the gorgeous CoCo. ❤️

I remember the 1999 one, I was working as an agent in Stoke Newington, and we lock up the office and had a picnic in Springfield Park E5, I remember that one being quite different, got much darker and the birds all went crazy, but the light last night changed, the temperature dropped and there was definitely a moment of ‘strangeness’. Felt the dogs all went a bit bonkers.

Anyway came home and did the thing that Elizabeth Day suggested, wrote a list for my perfect man, burnt it in the garden, being extra carful of the embers 👍🏻 (high sided metal vessel was procured), & I and my friends are looking forward to meeting him 😂😂 🙏🏻🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m officially nearer 60 than I am 50 - not quite sure how that happened 🥴 but I was blessed to be with some of my besties ❤️ for a gorgeous evening, at the super cute and local La Bottega

A lovely 2-bedroom flat on Camden Road has successfully completed – and what a journey it’s been!

I first met my wonderful clients while marketing a house in East Finchley, they loved my approach and instructed me to sell their home. They didn’t secure that one, but today completed on their dream house on Tetherdown, N10, an absolutely beautiful home through another agent.
And today… it’s done!

A bit hot today, but I’m celebrating 🎉

🎉 ONE YEAR self-employed with eXp UK EstateAgents !

Did I cap in my first year? Nope 😂

But I had 5 completions, made some lovely clients happy, and have genuinely enjoyed every single day. Zero regrets, it’s the best decision I ever made.

I’m heading into Year 2 feeling strong — 20 properties available, 11 under offer, and a healthy under offer pipeline of £130k+. 💥👊🏻

Would I have made more money in a traditional agency this year? Maybe.
But in the years ahead? I don’t think so. 🙏🏻
