Deptford Reach is a major residential-led development spanning both the London Borough of Lewisham and the Royal Borough of Greenwich, located within the Deptford Creek and Greenwich Riverside Opportunity Area. Set directly beside Deptford DLR station, the site benefits from excellent public transport connectivity and a distinctive creekside setting.
The development delivers over 800 new homes across the two boroughs, alongside around 8,550 square metres of non-residential space. This includes education, retail and F&B, as well as creative and affordable workspace, supporting a diverse and active mixed-use environment.
