Today marks one year since we broke ground at Honeywood Mews, an important milestone that reflects the progress and dedication invested in bringing this development to life. 🏡

Since we launched the development in December, we have we have successfully opened the doors to our Laurel showhome and welcomed strong interest from prospective buyers, with over 25% of homes already sold since launching.

For all of us at Esquire, it has been a pleasure to see Honeywood Mews evolve from its earliest stages into a well‑established development, and we look forward to watching it continue to flourish as we move through the next phases of constrution and welcome our buyers in to their new Esquire home.

May has been an exceptional month for Team ESQ, marked by strong momentum and meaningful progress across our sites in Kent and West Sussex. 🏡

We secured 13 reservations across our developments, highlighting the continuted demand for the thoughtfully-designed and expertly-crafted homes that we build here at Esquire.

We also achived two key milestones in May, with both Farriers Green and The Bluebells now 90% sold, with only three homes remaining at each development.

These achievements reflect the dedication of our teams, the strength of our partnerships, and the trust our customers place in the quality of our homes.

As we move into June, we remain focused on building on this momentum, continuing to deliver considered developments, and redefining the standard for new homes.
