Here’s the reminder of our current house project!! Our 4th development 🤪😳😜 4 bedrooms & garden in the centre of Lostwithiel. This house was a good catch 💷 however, it needed a total wipe out 🛠️🪓⛏️🪚But we saw the potential! It required a gas line, a new staircase to the second floor, new windows, doors, you name it. Plaster and recreation everywhere, that’s when we found the fireplace 🔥👌🏼 We created Jack & Jill bathrooms on both floors. The garden is a whole other level 🌱🌳😄 but at least we made access with a gate as before everything had to come through the house 🫣 and we retrieved a lovely camellia tree and a rose bush 🌷 😊 We live here and couldn’t be prouder. For this project we had to make large budgets available in the first phase so we will now slowly & very sensibly finish bits and bobs. After a day of our actual work and weekends working on our never ending love affair 🏠🤣 we like to go out on the river and relax 🚣🏼 or simply go to the pub 🍻
Whoever thinks owning properties is always prosperous, you’re wrong. You put all you’ve got into it and the amount of times we’re penniless can be a hard one to swallow, but it’s the long term and our children we think about ❤️
