So here we go again - a gang of idiots supported by me and some Gloucester fans are this time going to cycle from Gloucester Rugby Club to Tigers for the Ed Slater cup. Ed was diagnosed with MND a short while ago and shortly after his diagnosis the Ed Slater cup was created to recognise his value to Gloucester and Tigers. He cycled with the cup and this gang have decided to repeat this process for as long as they can. Spoiler alert Billy Twelvetrees did a ride for MND and has raised the bar - so today we set off from Gloucester via Milton Keene’s (as this was Ed’s starting club) and then onto Tigers arriving Sunday afternoon. On the final part of the ride we will be joined by Paul Paul Williams and Davy on the tandem Davy has MND and is fundraising himself - please if you can donate or if you see us give us a shout and a wave. PS - this is all self funded so 100% will go to the charities
A big shout out to the Tigers leader Mike Dixon who work tirelessly to arrange this
Here’s it written properly
