HBI Haunted Britain Investigations have relaunched their newly reformed and rebranded group for 2012. Originally established in 2004, the group has gone through many changes since it was first founded and following a brief period of rest and recovery we are now back and ready for business. We are a community group that welcomes discussion and debate on all topics concerning the paranormal and gene

rally spooky or weird stuff. However, this can be a contentious and controversial subject and whilst we encourage people to share their views, we also ask that those expressing their opinions consider and respect the thoughts, feelings and beliefs of others and refrain from causing upset or offense. Anyone found to be deliberately setting out to belittle, undermine or offend others will be blocked from posting any further comments on our page. The team investigate all types of hauntings, from private residences and businesses to large and famous locations. Our primary purpose is to gather and collate as much evidence for analysis that our investigation allows and then to bring you the findings for you to decide whether you think that it could be of a paranormal nature. The group make no claims for contacting or removing any perceived paranormal force or spirit. We do not use any controversial techniques or practices that are disrespectful to those who are living or have passed. We attempt to investigate any location in a methodological manner whilst maintaining a empathetic consideration for people that may have experienced what they perceive to be a paranormal encounter. At all times they maintain a professional discretion for any clients that need our help and any reports maintained are bound by UK laws on data protection.

Tonight! HBI is going back to church….✝️

This abandoned soon to be demolished church that is. Fast becoming one of our favourites, and it’s an EXCLUSIVE location for us.

On a previous visit we had direct voice phenomena, shadows, footsteps…and we still haven’t figured this one out yet, but a handbell sounded out, without anyone touching it. We strongly believe the church may still be inhabited by some of its former clergy and congregation….

Let’s see what else we can uncover on tonight’s investigation!

We want to say a massive thank you to Dan Callaghan as we had an incredible night investigating Ye Olde Kings Head aka My Haunted Hotel in Chester! Whilst some of the team had visited before, and obviously we’d also heard the hype and seen the show but I don’t think any of us were expecting what happened last evening!

From the off the team heard whispers, direct voice phenomenon and electronic voice phenomenon. Shadows and figures were seen with our own eyes. Footsteps and taps, intelligent responses to questions. The list is endless and we were not disappointed!

We will be back!!
