🚨Emergency Leak Response | Harlow

When a water ingress issue requires an urgent response, having the right team on hand makes all the difference.

We were called to a managed property in Harlow following an emergency roof leak and arrived on site within the hour.

A drone inspection was carried out immediately, allowing us to quickly identify a puncture within the roofing rubber system. The area was patched and repaired, while our electrician safely isolated and removed the affected light fitting.

Once the area had been given sufficient time to dry, we returned to complete the internal remedial works. This included fitting a new emergency bulkhead light, applying stain block and Peel Stop, and fully preparing and repainting the affected ceiling area.

From initial emergency response through to the final finish, we managed the works from start to completion — leaving the area clean, safe and looking as good as new.

Another driveway repair completed for one of our block management clients. 👷‍♂️

Our team attended to a badly dipped driveway, carefully removing all the affected paving blocks before preparing the area with fresh sand and Type 1.

The base was then compacted using a Wacker plate before reinstating the blocks to leave the driveway level, stable and looking fresh again.

🚪 Two Bin Store Projects Completed! 🛠️

Another two projects successfully completed for one of our new clients.

We completely removed the old, tired-looking doors and frames and replaced them with brand-new doors and frames, giving both bin stores a much cleaner, smarter and more modern appearance. 🔨✨

🏠 Another job completed for one of our Block Management clients. ✅

Following a leak within the property, our team attended to re-plaster the damaged ceiling before carrying out a full redecoration to leave a clean, professional finish.

As part of the works, we also supplied and fitted brand new carpet and bathroom vinyl, leaving the property ready for the tenant to enjoy once again.
