I'm Sophie, your independent Agent for Biltons covering The Lincolnshire Wolds, Louth, Alford, Market Rasen, Caistor and all the villages inbetween. My love for Estate Agency began back in 2012, starting off as an Apprentice progressing to Sales Negotiator, Lister and
Valuer in both Louth and Market Rasen. I've gained not only invaluable life and 'on the ground' experience but also my NFOPP Property Mark L3 Awards in both Sales and Lettings. I also specialise in New Build Homes as well as Rural and Equestrian Property. Prior to that, I was a Groom and keen equestrian girl but sadly (and probably sensibly) I hung up my competition boots and skullcap a few years back to focus on my Family and Career...kids are expensive! I'm a Louth Girl, born and bred and my heart is definitely always in the countryside! When I'm not working, I'll be spending time with my family, dog and friends, going out for a run (not too far, 5k is enough thanks!) or deciding what room to rearrange and decorate in my own house next!
