Its been a little while since we last posted so we wanted to give you an update on what's been going on in our Property world as it has been rather hectic and exciting....

- Planning frustration 🤯🙄
As you may have been aware, we currently have 2 properties in planning. These have been causing us rather a few headaches and many battles with the planners! With housing in desperate need but planners not co-operating it has been rather difficult but we hope to have a positive outcome in the coming weeks!
The quote we love - The climb is tough but the view from the top is worth it 🔥

- 3 Offers Accepted 🤩🤩🤩
We are delighted to say that we have had a further *3* offers accepted recently. All properties are currently commercial units, 2 of which we are hoping will be converted into residential. We will continue to update you on the progress of these developments in the coming weeks.

- Re-furbishments 😁
Our 2 properties that were going through refurbishment have now been completed thanks to Carters Builders! The properties look fabulous and we are so pleased with the finished results – pics to be uploaded.

- Council Meetings 😃
Over the past few weeks we have had several meetings with the Council and other supported living associations regarding their housing needs. We are really excited to be working with more housing groups and supplying them with the much needed housing required.

- Re-financing 😌
A lot of our properties within our portfolio have recently been due for re-financing so we have been looking at lots of different products and what ones work best for us and the portfolio. We rigorously stress test all our properties so thankfully the recent interest rate changes haven't affected us too much overall and thanks to great mortgage advisors we have managed to secure some great products going forward.

As you can see it has been very busy time here at SP with more exciting things in the pipeline 🔥🔥🔥

A little update on the very muddy home project!

The roof is all complete on both the main extension and the porch. We have also had the majority of the soil removed which is lovely to be able to see our garden again - even if its full of mud!

Next job is to get some windows in and then finalise on the outside finish (which has caused lots of debating - lets hope our final decision is the right one 😕)

Its been a hectic few weeks at SP!

Appreciation goes out to Danny Inman and the Prosperity Network for putting on such a fabulous event last week.

We had a day full of learning on Friday with some truly valuable information to help us going forward. The amount of knowledge was incredible and we are so thankful to be apart of such a fabulous community. Saturday evening saw Daniel suited and booted for a wonderful dinner with some great like minded people and lots of laughs - thankfully the head wasn't too sore the morning after!

Feeling very thankful and looking forward to seeing what 2024 brings! 💪🏻🔥
