A warm welcome to Mr and Mrs Garratt, the new owners of Plot 6, a beautiful bespoke Prestige Homeseeker Sofia at Tyes Close in the Lincolnshire Wolds.

Over the next three weeks, our builders will be preparing the foundations for their new home. What a fantastic summer it has been in Lincolnshire!

Earlier this month, Lincolnshire proudly hosted the opening two stages of Britain’s biggest professional cycle race. The riders swept through Ludford village, right on the doorstep of Tyes Close, an incredible sight spotted by our builders as they were busy installing the soon-to-be home of our new Plot 6 residents: the beautiful Prestige Homeseeker Sofia Bespoke.

And who says Lincolnshire isn’t an exciting place? From cycling and motorbiking at Willingham Woods, Market Rasen, to fishing, clay pigeon shooting and the recent Burghley Horse Trials, there is always something to enjoy.
