Set in its own private garden, with parking for up to 4 cars. The ground floor boast a welcoming entrance Hall, that flows either into the Kitchen ahead, comprising of all you need to make your stay, home from home. In
cluding a breakfast area, Bosch Oven, Hob & Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer & Microwave. Then through to the Utility room with Washing machine & Tumble dryer, stable style Back Door & through to the ground floor Toilet. Head left from the hallway through into the generous Dinning room, with six seater oak table & chairs, Freeview Smart TV, & views through south facing large bay windows. Enter the Living room from either the Dinning room or Kitchen, & enjoy sitting on the large comfy corner sofa or two seater sofa, watching the Freesat Smart TV or again taking in those stunning views through large bay windows. You may even spot the Greater Spotted Woodpecker on the Peanut feeder. The first floor comprises, at the top of the stairs, of the Super King room, that can also be turned into a twin room, opposite is the standard Double & down a short corridor, the Master en suite with Queen sized bed, shower cubicle, toilet, basin & heated towel rail. Both the Master en suite & Super king rooms enjoy the south facing views. While the Double enjoys the north facing view over the old farm orchard, used as a small CL caravan & motor home site & beyond to Ludlow & Clee Hill. The Family bathroom, opposite the master, has a Bath, shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin & heated towel rail. Next to it is our small Balcony reading room which is suitable for a child's cot. No smoking or pets allowed at the property. Guests can walk directly from the cottage on the farm tracks, onto the public footpaths that run through the farm, up into Mortimer's forest or take a short mile & a half, 20 minute walk into the town, perhaps stopping off at the local pub on the way in or out.
