🏠 LANDLORD UPDATE – NEW LANDLORD REGISTRATION IS COMING

The Government is introducing a National Landlord Register in England, bringing new requirements for landlords and property advertising.

📅 Registration is due to launch from 15 December 2026, with a phased rollout across England.

📍 The rollout will begin in the West Midlands before moving to other areas.

🔑 What landlords need to know:

• Landlords will be required to register their rental properties.
• Registration will be phased region by region
• Registration numbers will eventually need to appear on property adverts

• The deadline for landlords actively letting property is 14 November 2027
