Planning permission granted!
Delighted to have obtained planning permission for the er****on of a single self-build dwelling within the village of Arnesby, Leicestershire.
Benefitting from a rural village location, the development comprises a four bedroom dwelling, with a Total GIA of 154 m2 (1,657 ft2).
The site had been the subject of a planning application in 2024, submitted by another party, which was withdrawn. Mair Land & Planning Consultants, on behalf of the landowners, assessed the previous application and the concerns raised by the Council and submitted a fresh application in January 2025 to overcome issues relating to highways and design.
Mair Land & Planning Consultants assembled and submitted the planning application, liaised with the Local Planning Authority through the determination process and obtained the formal Decision Notice.
This involved working with external consultants including architects, ecology consultants and a highway consultant to ensure the previously identified areas of concerns were addressed and an appropriate planning application was prepared and submitted.
