Over the past 4 years we have been working with many care and social housing providers.

This has enabled us to build strong relationships with local authorities and care providers across South Wales.

To date we have housed over 80 homeless people, vulnerable children and adults and families.

What are your goals within property?

Ours are to have 100 properties passed over to the care and social housing sector by the end of 2023.

These will be a combination of our own, leased, sourced or assisting landlords with creating a win win scenario.

Why do we we have these goals?

As we would love to be able to house as many people as possible, from 1-1 care, social housing, supported and assisted living, through to the asylum seeker program.
