We are a market leading Independent Estate Agents based in Milford and Sway, who are looking for a Trainee Negotiator to join our team.

The successful candidate will need to be professional, well presented, have a great telephone manner and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Answering telephone calls
Reception – meeting and greeting all visitors
Arranging appointments
Taking clear messages
Registering new applicants
Entering viewings onto the system
Delivering leaflets
Booking valuations
Diary management
Compiling Brochures
Producing letters as required
Adhoc administration as required
In time – conduct viewings
Skills and experience required:

Great communication skills & attention to detail
Be enthusiastic and keen to learn
Be able to work on your own initiative and be pro-active
Have strong IT skills including word
Be able to prioritise workload
Experience (not essential as full training will be given) in administration

The Directors of Winkworth New Forest and Milford on Sea, Lara Crouch and Chris Collinge were busy over the summer raising money for us in memory of Lara’s Father Leon. They arranged a football tournament at St Mary's Stadium for 8 local children’s football teams, the event was kindly sponsored by Patrick Trant of Trant Engineering and LPE in Lymington. All the children who attended the event worked really hard to fundraise to take part. Alongside this Lara and Chris arranged a fantastic raffle which was incredibly well supported by many local businesses and individuals. The final amount they raised was £10,191 - a fantastic achievement thank you all so very much.
