It’s been a busy period across Carter Unique Developments, with two of our live developments moving forward at pace.

Clifton Apartments is now entering the final stages of construction, with completion targeted for October 2026.

What started as an ambitious redevelopment is quickly becoming the finished product we envisaged.

Day two plot 1 - timber frame and steel work!

🏗️ Timber frame week has arrived!

This is always one of the most exciting milestones on any development. After months of planning, groundworks and foundations, you finally start to see the vision come to life.

Our first timber frame is now being erected at 83 Poulton Road, with all three plots progressing well. It's incredible how quickly these homes will now take shape over the coming weeks.

A huge thank you to everyone involved so far. The teamwork, planning and hard work behind the scenes are what make days like this possible.

By the end of this month, we're aiming to have all three homes standing proud – a fantastic achievement for the whole team.
