🏗️ Progress is moving at pace at our 83 Poulton Road development.

Today marks another key milestone with foundations now poured for two of the three new homes, whilst excavation works for the third plot have been completed and are ready for the next phase of construction.

Over the coming weeks we'll see the substructure masonry rise from the ground, followed by the arrival of the timber frame package at the end of the month.

What is particularly exciting is the speed at which the project will now progress. By the end of July, all three homes are expected to be fully erected, transforming what was recently an empty site into a recognisable residential development.

It's always rewarding to see a project move from planning drawings and technical design into physical construction.

Well done to everyone involved in getting us to this stage. We look forward to sharing further updates as the development continues to take shape.

🚧 Big day today at 83 Poulton Road! 🚧

Another major milestone reached on site.

✅ Foundations poured to Plots 1 & 2
✅ Plot 3 excavated and ready for foundation works
✅ Substructure masonry commencing shortly
✅ Timber frame delivery scheduled for the end of the month

It’s fantastic to see months of planning, design, coordination and hard work now taking shape on site.

By the end of July, all three homes will be fully erected, marking a significant step forward in transforming this former farm site into three high-quality family homes.

A huge thank you to everyone involved so far, from the consultants and contractors through to the suppliers helping bring the project to life.

We’ll continue to share progress as the development moves rapidly through the construction phase.
