It is with a heavy heart that I have to announce the termination of my agreement for holiday Lettings with The Fort in lytham.we have waited over six months to be paid the £15k for the furniture,Electrics and time spent getting that beautiful place to soar in Airbnb rankings in the area. Today I handed the keys back in and it was distressful as we’ve turned this place from 3 dingy rooms to a beautiful apartment. Maybe mick should have threatened court action months ago but we gave him the benefit of doubt, however enough was enough. We have finally been paid( only due to the threat of court action!!) but it’s time to cut ties. Over the last few weeks it’s been horrendous, work been done on the floor above when guests are in, leaking sink above coming through the ceiling onto guests in bed. Turning the water off whilst guest is in shower washing their hair without notice as they’re having gents toilets updated! Having to argue every time about the car park space being taken by the chef….onwards and upwards and one less stress 🤦🏼‍♀️
