Navigating an insurance-funded major works project requires more than simply replacing a roof. It involves coordinating insurers, loss adjusters, contractors, surveyors and residents, whilst ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

Thanks to careful project management and close collaboration between Leeming Associates and GAP ROOFING SERVICES LIMITED, the building now benefits from a fully renewed roof.

We're incredibly proud to have supported our client throughout the entire claims process from the initial damage through to the successful completion of the works and to have achieved such a positive outcome for the residents.

A sneak peek behind the tent 👀

Great to visit this exciting roof replacement project and see the progress being made GAP Roofing Services Limited and Leeming Associates.

The scale of the temporary tent structure is incredible to witness from the inside, allowing works to continue safely and efficiently while protecting residents and the building throughout the programme.

It’s fantastic to see the new roofing taking shape and the collaboration between all teams delivering such a significant improvement project.

Today, our Health and Safety Manager Domique Wilson was invited by the Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service to assist them in delivering a Zoom presentation to property managers across Lancashire. The session focused on the new the Fire Safety (Residential Evacuation Plans) (England) Regulations 2025, outlining the key duties and anticipated implications as a result of additional responsibilities for property management professionals.
