☕️🍰 Macmillan Coffee Morning 🍰☕️

We’re out supporting Macmillan Cancer Support today, raising money with our coffee morning! 💚

We definitely seem to have more buyers than bakers in the office this year 😂, but somehow the table is still full!

A huge thank you to everyone who has baked, donated, bought a cake and helped us support such an incredible cause.

Before and After shots of Roof Major Works in Lancaster📸

These images showcase the successful completion of a major roof replacement project in Lancaster.

Navigating an insurance-funded major works project requires more than simply replacing a roof. It involves coordinating insurers, loss adjusters, contractors, surveyors and residents, whilst ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

Thanks to careful project management and close collaboration between Leeming Associates and GAP ROOFING SERVICES LIMITED, the building now benefits from a fully renewed roof.

We're incredibly proud to have supported our client throughout the entire claims process from the initial damage through to the successful completion of the works and to have achieved such a positive outcome for the residents.

A sneak peek behind the tent 👀

Great to visit this exciting roof replacement project and see the progress being made GAP Roofing Services Limited and Leeming Associates.

The scale of the temporary tent structure is incredible to witness from the inside, allowing works to continue safely and efficiently while protecting residents and the building throughout the programme.

It’s fantastic to see the new roofing taking shape and the collaboration between all teams delivering such a significant improvement project.

Big changes to fire safety evacuation planning came into effect in April 2026 but many residential buildings are still working out what it actually means in practice.

Implementing the regulation properly requires:

◾ Knowing who needs support

◾ Having accurate, up-to-date resident information

◾ ensuring that plans are actually understood and maintained over time
