The booking process was very easy to navigate. We were kept informed about everything we needed for our stay. Someone was on the end of the phone when we thought we had a problem and reassured us that everything was ok. The suites are fantastic. Easy to access. Modern, clean and well equipped. A great location for accessing the local area. Plenty of parking spaces available. We had 2 suites on our booking, both were equally as nice.Unforunately, the milk was off in one of tglhe suites but it was in date so couldnt be helped.I woukd not hesitate to highly recommend this place. Thank you.

Worried there’ll be “nothing to do” ? Ah, the pressure to make every family trip magical ✨

Honestly, some of the best stays are simple. Promenade walk. Ice cream. Mini golf. A board game back at the apartment.

We’re not selling a packed itinerary. We’re offering breathing space. Sometimes that’s what families need most. We can help with local hidden gems too, because we live here.

"She's touching me."
"He's looking out of MY window."
"I wanted to sit there."
The evidence is presented. The accusations fly. A verdict is somehow reached. And you're only ten minutes into the journey.

Fast forward three days and those same children are laughing together on the beach, eating ice cream and asking if they can stay one more night. Funny how family holidays do that.

🏌️♀️ Fancy a round? Tee off at one of Lytham St Anne's top golf courses with stunning views. A Perfect way to spend the day! We are so lucky to have not only 1, but 4 great Golf Clubs, including the famous Royal Lytham and St Anne's Golf Club, just a 5minute walk away!

Second time we've stayed here. Good accommodation in a great location!

We are are group of 3 adults family members travelling north. We stayed here for one night. This accommodation is excellent. It is clean, comfy and stylishly decorated. The owners have gone out of their way to ensure comfort. For example, the towels are large and soft, the beds comfy and there is even a dishwasher in the kitchen. We all enjoyed staying here and wholeheartedly recommend as a great place to stay.

True story. A guest once told me she nearly didn’t book because she worried the children would be “too noisy”. I laughed and said… have you met children? 𝗪𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀.

We expect sandy socks, snack negotiations and the odd meltdown over who gets the window seat first. You don’t have to pretend your family is Pinterest perfect here. Come as you are. That’s the whole point.

Sometimes the best family breaks aren’t the polished ones, they’re the ones where everyone relaxes enough to be themselves. That’s what we love to provide.
