A review we just received on booking.com
+ Resthaven cottage was lovely and spacious. We were very comfortable and everything exceeded our expectations. I was very pleased to discover that there were lots of children's toys as we'd forgotten to pack any in the rush to get away. The welcome pack was a lovely addition, the biscuits may have only lasted a few minutes after the kids found them. We were visiting family so we'll be back and will be recommending to our extended family and friends. Make sure you check out the Blitz 1940s themed cafe in the road opposite the Mirage amusements. Lovely tea and cake and fascinating objects from the war. We all got to wear a real tin hat! The Beck carvery is also really good value and is a favourite when we're visiting.
