There’s another important change on the horizon for landlords, and we wanted to make sure our landlords are aware of what’s coming.

As part of the Renters’ Rights Act 2025, the Government is introducing a new Rental Property Register for properties in England.

For properties in the North West, registration is due to open on 15 May 2027, with registration required by 14 August 2027.

The registration fee will be £65 per property, per year, with landlords required to provide information about themselves and their rental properties.

📍 The deadline is based on where the rental property is located
💷 £65 per property, per year
📋 Information about the landlord, property and tenancy will be required
🏠 The initial requirements apply to properties that are already let or become occupied during the relevant rollout period

There’s nothing you need to do right now.

We’re keeping up with the latest Government guidance so that we can keep our landlords informed as the new system is introduced. We’ll share further information when there’s something you need to know or action.

What a day! 🥂🍔🏏

Our annual Summer Social was the perfect excuse to put the emails, phones and property lists to one side and enjoy some well deserved time together!

Hosted by our Directors as a Staff & Colleague Appreciation Day, we had a brilliant afternoon filled with plenty of food, lots of laughs, a very competitive game of rounders and, of course, a few drinks along the way! 😂

It was a great chance to get everyone together from across the group and celebrate the people who work so hard behind the scenes and make everything we do possible.

A huge thank you to our Directors for hosting such a lovely day, and to everyone who came along and made it what it was. We hope everyone had as much fun as we did! ❤️
