Competition is fair game โš–๏ธ๐Ÿก. Homeowners should absolutely choose the agent they feel is right for them. There are plenty of excellent agents out there, and everyone has the right to make the decision thatโ€™s best for them. ๐Ÿ‘โœจ

But please, donโ€™t commit to working with someone unless youโ€™re serious about doing so. ๐Ÿ™

For many independent agents, a huge amount of work happens before a property ever reaches the market. ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ“ธ
