From forgotten loft to modern living space 🔨✨

This project started as a cluttered storage space with limited lighting and power, and no real purpose—just boxes, bikes, and unused space!

The room was fully insulated, new power outlets installed, fully electric radiators installed, all the surfaces plastered creating a smooth flat finish.
We even managed to convert the unused space is the eves into compact convenient storage.
Safety is also a huge factor for us, so we even added a door to the extended loft hatch which doubles up as a floor in the area.

The result? A fully usable space with a modern finish—perfect for a home office, chill-out zone, or extra living space.
